Product should not be returned without a RA#. All Return Authorization numbers are automatically cancelled 30 days from the date of issue. Please do not use the manufacturer's box to ship the item. Please place product in manufacturer's box along with manual(s) and accessories inside a shipping carton. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if product does not include the manual(s), accessories or manufacturer box is not complete.
